Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please include your order number and a copy of your order information with your return.
To start a return, email our customer service team at dtcustomerservice@designtoscano.com.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved and when it will be processed.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email to obtain an authorization before proceeding with your return.
Damaged/Defective Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dtcustomerservice@designtoscano.com.
When reaching out, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging, with close-up images showing the damage.
Important: Please hold onto the item and all original packaging — refunds and replacements cannot be processed if the item has been discarded, and the original box is required for returns.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back. Please note that returns received without a valid RMA will be issued store credit only, rather than a refund.
When submitting your request, please let us know whether you'd prefer a replacement or a refund. A member of our team will follow up with next steps within 1–2 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it using the process above. Once your return is accepted, you're welcome to place a new order for the item you'd like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the amount to your account.
